Pre/Post Season - Memorial Day until the last Friday in June
Peak Season - Last Friday in June through the Labor Day holiday weekend
Pre/Post Season - Labor Day through the Columbus Day holiday weekend
Off Season - Columbus Day through Dec 31st

Boat Docks - $25 / night, Use of day dock is free of charge, as available    

(A dock is included with the Lakehouse)

Office hours - 9:00 AM till 10:30 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

Cottages 1-5 and the Lakehouse are closed from Nov 1st to April 15th (approx.)

Cancellation Policy:
    A deposit of one night or 25% (which ever is larger) is required to hold a reservation. Balance is due on arrival. Visa, Master Card and Discover are accepted. Personal checks will not be accepted after 10 days before check-in. DEPOSITS will be refunded if cancellation is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the planned date of arrival subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. 

    If the room is held on a credit card without deposit,  a one day charge will be made if cancellation is received less than thirty (30) days prior to the planned date of arrival.  No refunds for early departure.
